Main reason for us booking this site is the pool, but because me and my 3 sons had British swim shorts we were not allowed in the pool! With no option to purchase swim shorts there! They suggested a couple of locations to buy some, but we could not find any! So the main reason for booking this site, the pool, we were not allowed in!!! Massively disappointed! Went past couple of other sites and been on few prior to this and many people are wearing British swimming shorts!!!

It doesn’t really have any good play areas for kids.

No information of what entertainment was on, so we never had a clue what was happening.

Toilets didn’t have toilet paper.

Pitches are small.

On site shop is not good.

It was not worth what we paid!

The pitches were ample size and there was some privacy and shade. The site is lovely and green, basic clean facilities. Helpful staff. Great location as short walk to the beach. Would definitely return.

Amazing facilities, very friendly staff. Clean toilets and warm showers. Very quiet at night. The perfect campsite with walking distance to beaches and beautiful Bénodet.

We had a great time here, the kids had a blast and made lots of friends. The fresh baguettes in th3 mirninh were the best we had in France!

Our pitch was very over grown but we aren't too precious about that....would have been better if it had been mowed though, but no biggie.

No toilet paper or soap in the toilet, it's not a huge expense so not sure why this isn't thought of, was quite a shock to find there was none provided, this is a first for us.

Also, be prepared for swimming trunks/speedos to be compulsory ao buy before you arrive. My body conscious 13 year old was not comfortable with this as he is used to wearing swimming shorts....but again, this isn't a buggie and a life lesson for him.

We had a fantastic stay on this lovely green campsite with pitches surrounded by fruit trees. We were given two pitches to choose from, as it was a little bit wet. Staff was absolutely great and very helpful even with recommendations about things to do nearby. Toilets, showers and washing up facilities were always well looked after, it’s a busy family orientated campsite so be prepared for queues in the morning. There is nice pub on site, water park with two slides, and nice and warm water (the only thing I don’t understand is why they require tight swimming shorts) bouncy castle, trampolines and many many more for young ones. I wish we could have a fire pit, but probably due to amount of trees and bushes, that wasn’t allowed for safety reason. Overnight there is a patrol with dog walking round the site to increase everyone’s safety. Overall very happy with our stay, 5 stairs from me.

Good venue, with lots to do in the surrounding area - Bénodet is a small seaside and harbour village that is very good - campsite is busy but not overly busy. I would recommend this campsite to friends and family.

Internet connection is poor and the phone signal for UK roaming is poor, but this is more of an issue with UK providers
