The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the evening sitting outside the camp restaurant/bar was great. The swimming pool was amazing and warm.

So 1 week into my holiday. I received a call from my mum saying that my dad was rushed into hospital and that he might not make it. So I explained my situation to reception and asked if they could refund my money for the 7 days that I had paid for my holiday and they told me no refund. I had saved up for that holiday and I really didn’t want to leave. But I had to go back and get to my dad before it was too late. If I don’t receive my money I will never go back there again ever.

Great hot water in showers. Toilets and showers cleaned regularly. Restaurant reasonably priced with good friendly staff. Nice pool.

Had to go through restaurant to empty toilet cassette! Wander through restaurant to go to showers and toilet!. Pitches are quite small and a lot are too much squashed together. Man at reception not very welcoming and I felt he was intimidating. Had to pay for wi fi per person, had been free previous sites.

Easy to checkin..and shown to your pitch ! great restaurant lovely swimming pool ! showers/ toilet blocks were spotless play area if you have kids and also a kids club ! close to the shops and 5/10 mins from the very busy beech ! Dog friendly

A hill to your pitch but once there everything was on the same level..had to rince the van down when leaving as we were on the end pitch and quite dusty..But hey thats no biggy the pitch was perfect
