Location was outstanding, with exceptional views over the estuary.

Great if you want a bit more of a wild camping experience.

We had a very noisy few days as young scouts and D of E people turned up, quite noisy and could not park by my pitch due to inconsiderate people. Multiple tents in a lot of pitches and were running around different pitches. I think that the owners should accommodate big groups like this on a separate area, away from people who want peace and quiet, as it was for the majority of the week. I did hear a few people having to speak to the scouts.
The toilet block was quite good but needs a bit more attention to detail, no squeegees to clean the floors after a shower, some of the showers/ toilets were in need of a few repairs.
You could see that the owners were building while we were there, and had to wait a few times for vehicles to have to move, it is a small road to get up in parts.

Very welcoming, friendly & the family couldn’t be more helpful. Pitch was fabulous with beautiful views & stunning sunsets. Toilet blocks were kept really clean & the showers had good pressure & constant hot water ( no time limit or tokens required) Good clean covered washing up area too. Great for walking / biking the mawddach trail from the site & some great mountain hikes nearby. (amazing views from Cadair Idris) Barmouth beach a spacious Sandy beach with parking. Overall a very relaxed couple of weeks in a well kept & peaceful site - would definitely return again.

Expensive for what it was and a bit of a trek to the train station to get to Barmouth, nothing much in the area

Very friendly staff very good location to wake up in the morning the facilities were amazing and an all good round atmosphere with 100% rebook again

Amazing views of the estuary and Barmouth. Quiet campsite. Clean toilets and shower blocks and well stocked with soap and toilet roll. The staff that we met were great. We had a great weekend. Diolch

Lovely flat pitch on a hillside with fabulous views. Great shower/ toilet units.

Campers left the toilets a bit untidy with bits of tissue/ dirt so could do with more regular tidying.

Beautiful views from every pitch, very quiet and friendly. Toilets and showers were very clean.
