The shower and toilets was in cubicles rather than a block which was camping bliss! Everywhere was cleaned each morning, the team were really friendly. Lovely peaceful area by the lakes too.
Nice little park and lovely touch having access to a fridge, microwave and kettle. The little shop on site was handy for milk and ice lolly's for the children. Would highly recommend this site and would definitely return.

We travelled as a group of neighbours with children ranging from 4-14 and 3 dogs! Some camped, some hired pods, some bell tents. We had a fantastic weekend, campsite was great, very clean and tidy. Has an off lead dog area and play area for kids, also great for fishing with all ages!

Disappointing shop on site, very poorly stocked.

We chose a 'Lake View' pitch, around a corner away from the main site, the dog exercise area and the childrens play area. The four pitches are in a row, each approx 6 metres wide.
The showers/toilets, a short walk away, are well maintained and cleaned daily. The shop is useful, as well as the handy microwave/kettle and library of magazines, books and DVDs. A member of staff was always available to answer questions and offer advice.
There are some good walks directly from the campsite, the local pub is a few minutes walk down the road.

The dog park was excellent! My three loved it. I loved it. The hot showers, clean toilets, access to clean water. The location. The fishing lakes were well provided. Everything was brilliant.

4G and 5G were terrible which I know isn't the owners fault. But could have provided wifi. I would have paid a lot extra. I would have got at least wifi calling then. I missed an emergency call because no signal. Meant I had to leave mega early the next day when the message came though randomly at 6am. The demand of the 21st century means we can't just disconnect. In an ideal world we can but we are not an ideal deal world

the pitches were large and the whole site was well looked after. it was a bonus having a dedicated dog field with toys for our dog to play and able to take her off lead. The food was well prepared and a shop for basics. A lake for fishermen and a great walk around it ....Only one downside was the lanes to get to the site, Will hopefully make another trip there soon.

Toilets and showers were well looked after and the showers were powerful.
The on site shop had a nice selection of bits to choose from as well as plenty of firewood for the evening.
On the Friday and Saturday they had two different catering trucks which were very popular.
Only a 15-20minute walk to nearest village shop and a 5minute walk to the local pub which also served amazing food.
