What a brilliant campsite! Run by fun, quirky hosts who take pride in their business. Close to the falls and set in a peaceful valley, really nice part of Wales this area of the Brecon Beacons. We came over from the South West for some quiet camping and to explore nature. Toilet and showers are clean and hot (showers are free). The cleaning area is also great! Wash bowl, sponges, soap all included. I even found a camp kettle to borrow for the gas stove underneath the work too! Would recommend / stay again! Thank you!

Nothing to dislike! The site is on a slant so bring levellers / ramps if you have them for your campers / motorhomes. Near the top of the site is pretty level anyways so wasn't too much of an issue for us.

Liked the fact there is no rush to leave on your last day . Owners are very chilled about check out.
Close to waterfall walks

Sadly some showers at the time of my visit wasn't working.
Not sure where to park/camp as filed a bit up and down.
Shame camp site charges for dogs.

The campsite location is brilliant for anyone looking to be close to hikes. Only 20 mins from Pen Y Fan. Site had really beautiful scenic views.

Also the fact that you can have bbq’s and bonfires was great, as some campsites don’t allow you to do this.

We had someone pitch very close to us (even though the site states 5m apart) and these people were quite loud when it was past 10:30pm which also states on the site to keep levels of noise respectful after this time. So it was disappointing that these people weren’t approached to keep the noise levels down as we had to get up quite early in the morning for a hike.

Also wanted to mention that the toilet facilities needed a little more attention. The site was quite busy and the toilet roll kept running out. Suggest when it’s busy to provide more than one toilet roll as it tends to go quite quickly. It would be useful if there was lights inside the toilet cubicle as the automatic lights go off and your sat in the toilet in the dark.

Just a couple of points, and only provide this information so that things can be improved for future campers.

Relaxed site, clean facilities, amazing views and with a short walk along a bridle way to the Four Falls walk. Looking forward to visiting again.

Open field and could pitch wherever I fancied.
Owner came and found me and welcomed me which was nice.

Not really a dislike but would have liked some replacement freezer blocks but the lady was kind enough to refreeze the ones I had.

Really lovely views and friendly staff, clean toilets & warm showers! Just 10minutes walk to the four waterfalls walk. We had a great stay and will be back, thank you!

Could take all of our cars right up to our pitches.
