Great site with good amenities. Place is spotless, loads for all ages.

Kitchen closed early during our stay due to staffing issues..otherwise I would have given a 10/10

The overall location of the site is tremendous with beautiful views. A short walk to sandy bay with stunning views. The overall view of the camp site is very well kept and all the workers and stuff on the site are very friendly and welcoming when you come to reception a pitch up. And the prices of food and shopping, we’re not too high considering the location.

They draw back is the bar area and cafeteria don’t open until 12pm. So if you want have cooked breakfast in the cafeteria its more of lunch. But not to dramatic.

Lots of space - well marked out pitches. Very well Maintained. Good shower blocks and other facilities. Lovely woodland walk to the beach. Golf course looked good but didn’t play. Swimming pool on site, but we didn’t use it.

The cafe bar which is situated in the club house didn’t open until 1200hrs. Which means you can’t get a breakfast there. Opens at 12 and you can’t get take away pizza etc. but missing a trick with no breakfasts. There maybe other options on site, but we didn’t know about them if there was

Not a dislike, just to be aware. There is no phone signal. And no wifi. There is wifi in the club house I believe should you venture up there. But in some ways; keeping the kids and myself off my phone was a good thing! But if you rely on signal for business - you won’t get any!

WiFi didn’t work unfortunately but it was quite nice not having it for a change.

Great quiet pitch. Golf course and swimming pool onsite was great. Decent shop. Lovely walks and beach nearby. Nice modern showers/toilets.

Pool was closed when we arrived for staff training. Restaurant only serving pizzas. Bike tracks advertised on their website have obviously not been open for a long time so not sure why website not updated. Driving range closed for no apparent reason which reception didn’t seem to know about. Golf booking seemed to be a bit of a free for all as 3 groups there at our tee off time. Pool timings not ideal as not allowed in till other group out - need a 5/10 min gap between groups. Lockers take 20p and don’t return which was inconvenient when locking twice. Changing room floor filthy - didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned for a while. Did not like the communal toilet/shower block. Unsure why since recently renovated area they didn’t make one make and one female.

I loved the customer service I cant remember her name but one lady was so nice and very good with everything

Had some food in the leisure club and it was very dry and would get it again
The park could do with a light for night time even just for people walking across the park for the toilet blocks
Toilet blocks could do with a update
Would recommend mor water points put in
