Pitches not level, most on a slope so took alot of time trying to level caravan out.

The sites location. It’s set on a lovely beach and is within easy reach of a wealth of activities within Dumfries and Galloway. The site showers and toilets were relatively new and always seemed clean.

This is a lively site where parties and noise were allowed to continue into the early hours of the morning on every night of our stay (we stayed a week). Unfortunately the driving range wasn’t open and we were told they didn’t think there was any fish in the fish pond so we partly booked on false advertising (having wanted to do those activities ). It was also disappointing that the pool was an expensive extra.

Uneven ground where our pitch were,one side of pitch was higher than other,couldn't find right place for table,things were falling down.
Also data connection very poor,they charge quite a lot for it and later you can't even use it-not happy with

Well kept site. Clean shower blocks. Really close to beach.

Pitches not level making it difficult to set up awning. No phone or Internet connection. Paid for wifi connection which didn't work.
Fishing ponds overgrown and contain no fish. Misleading advertising saying onside fishing.

the site has really good spaces for children to play in and the location is close to some wonderful beaches

We often found the site noisy late at night.
There are additional charges in place to use the swimming pool.
No facilities are available for freezing ice-packs - possibly because the shop sells bags of ice at a fairly steep price?

Nice pitch with decent space. Was quiet after curfew. The swimming pool was well heated. Nice cafe and affordable food in restaurant, good for children's tastes.

Zero phone signal for any of our carriers, so no 4G. The camp. WiFi was stable if you could get on it, we could only connect one phone to it, but managed to hotspot it.

Play park was great. Staff were pleasant. Beautiful location.

Camping pitches were not flat or even close to even ground. Very noisy well after the 10.30pm noise advice on check in information sheet and no sign of any staff monitoring this. Swimming pool also quite expensive for what it is (jacuzzi also out of order yet no information on this when booking in of paying)
