Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. Delighted that you enjoyed the attractions and facilities - including the sauna in our Oasis Centre. Whilst our WiFi is chargeable if you wish to use it from your pitch, we do offer free WiFi in our bars and restaurants on site. Pleased to hear that you found the staff to be friendly and helpful and that you found the facilities to be clean and tidy.

Thanks for your review - so chuffed you had everything you needed for your family holiday and found lots of things to do! The beach is so lovely - we're so lucky to be so close!
Sorry to hear that you didn't find much quality local food and the shops to be expensive - we do try to keep food miles down as much as possible and source local food for our restaurant where we can. The shop on site sells a variety of items and we do have a number of larger supermarkets local to the park too.

Thank you so much for your review. There's something so wonderful about kids making friends on summer holidays isn't there - definitely one of the best memories of being a kid! Really delighted you enjoyed the atmosphere and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming - we know how important holiday time is and all the team work really hard to ensure you have a great stay! Thank you so much for your review - pleased you had a large pitch with a lovely view! Also that you enjoyed our many facilities - I hope there was no cheating during crazy golf! :D
We do have charging points in our Jetty restaurant and Starlight bars, as well as some plug sockets in the toilet blocks. You can also leave items with our Reception Team for charging if you like. Sorry that you found long queues for the pools and that people ignored the team when they asked them to leave under the band system - I've passed your feedback on to our Oasis team so that they can look into this and ensure it doesn't happen again.
Our staff work really hard to keep the park clean and tidy and I'm delighted you enjoyed some yummy food in the Jetty!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review - so sorry you were unable to get the Wifi to work at your pitch - I've passed your comments on to the team to look into this. We do offer free Wifi in our bars and restaurants, I hope you were able to make use of this if required. Our stunning location on top of the hill does mean it's a little bit sloping on the way back up from the beach, I always find the promise of an ice cream gets the kids back up the hill though :)
Really pleased the kids could play and enjoy themselves and you enjoyed our fab pools.

Sorry to hear that you found the wait to be long for food at times, at times there is a slight delay as all our food is cooked fresh to order to ensure the best quality and most delicious dining experience. Sorry to hear about the issues with the toilet blocks too - our housekeeping team are aware and putting measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.
