I liked the view. was perfect for what we wanted. The owners were so welcoming we only stayed for one night as we was just passing but if anyone is going that way I'd highly recommend. Thank you

Great views. Friendly owners, very relaxed. Great value and good facilities for what it cost.

Quite a long walk to the toilets, very steep hill, would be hard for anyone not fit or who struggles mobility wise. Not an issue for us.
No pub in east walking distance, country roads were very busy so take care if you do go for a walk.

Lovely place. been there many times. Owners are friendly, beautiful lakes to walk around. Sensibly priced and good food at the café. The Alpacas are amazing. Toilets and showers are excellent.

Not much really....the approach road is very bumpy, so don't take your Lamborghini.

Low key simple site, llamas and geese kept the kids amused.

Second visit to Wassel Grove camping. Another good night camping there. Great showers, lovely views and fantastic value. I liked that the rules were clearly shown on the board as you drive in. I think this must help remind people to be considerate to others whilst camping. People were very quiet and well behaved when I was there.

We love it here, staff are lovely and accommodating, the views are spectacular, the fishing is great.
It’s just a beautiful place

The peaceful campsite with great facilities (even if they are at the bottom of a hill). Nice flat pitches and easy to avoid the bit of geese poo which is bound to happen when surrounded by nature! Great stay!
