How close the alpacas and horses were. The fishing lakes were beautiful! And the toilet/shower facilities were super clean!

How hilly the camping site was, if there's a few tents already there then you're guaranteed to be pitching your tent on a slope.
Also the toilets were quite far away and up a hill on the way back. A portaloo might be beneficial half way for emergencies or so you don't need to walk to far in the middle of the night.

Very good site for a little get away. Everything needed was on site, even a little cafe. Shops and everything else close enough by car. Very peaceful and lovely staff. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Pleasant place to fish, camp, feed Alpacas, has well kept bathroom/shower facilities, a great menu selection in the cafe, and very peaceful. Wake up to the sounds of the wilderness with a lovely view of the Birmingham country side. A wonderful place with incredibly friendly hosts, a great place to visit for couples.

Love coming here it's so peaceful owners are amazing literally never stop and nothing is too much trouble food is lovely love the alpacas showers are lovely it's my go to place a few times a year

Very clean camping site, toilet & showers were very clean and probably the best I've seen for a long time. Seeing the alpacas in the field as you walk to and from the toilets.

The owners are very friendly and you can see the hard work they put in to make it comfortable for campers.

Nice views from the campsite and peaceful.

Some people on site found the toilets too far to walk so drove their car to the toilets. Little inconsiderate to other campers during the night hearing a car door close and engine. It's far but not that far.

we loved our stay @ wassell grove its a really sweet place with alpacas & fishing lakes & the best greasy spoon breakfast / bacon sarni you could wish for in their cafe ..the staff were really welcoming, kind and super helpful - we will def be back for more thank you

Beautiful location and views. Toilet facilities were clean and tidy. Staff polite and welcoming.

Limited tent pitches were available, which meant camping in the middle of the field where we were really exposed to high winds, other more sheltered pitches were on very uneven ground.
