Although our pitch was taken the one we ended up on was big and level. The toilets and showers were warm and clean but several taps did not work.

Don’t be fooled into thinking the fishing on site, it’s not. Also I could not take my Motorhome to the lake or leave it near the entrance on the Road as suggested. Very disappointed as I only booked this site for the fishing 🙃 also major road works which are scheduled for 2 years make it difficult to get to the camp site

Lovely campsite, great facilities, nice big toilet/shower room and it was lovely and warm in there which in October was great! Good washing up room. Kids really liked the park despite the rain.

Great site… ultra clean facilities , hot water ( sensor controlled so no stopping as you showered) , large hard standing pitches, very clean and tidy , good shop , and all staff delightful … mobile phone signal great so used my own wi fi.

Only negative was having to walk along road ( busy at moment because of diversions ) to get to a footpath … but site does have a dog walk and was big enough for a leg stretch for them.

The staff there were nice and very helpful.
The facilities were very clean and tidy.
The shop at the reception was well stocked.

The hard-standing pitch, the amazingly excellent shower and toilet block, the quietness and the friendliness of the staff. Everything is superbly maintained and the site and customers are clearly cared for and valued.

The approach lane is rather narrow - but with forgiving local traffic!

Excellent well maintained site, good clean facilities, great friendly staff, looking forward to visiting again.
