This was a lovely site. Warm welcome and owner was really thoughtful giving us a large pitch with a nice view away from the family pitches. It was really peaceful. Liked showers, toilets were clean and nice walks. Owner was ceryvpleasant checking in all was ok a couple of times over the weekend. He was relaxed with our leaving time as pitch was free that day. We would book an electric pitch if one was,available next time.

A rural location that made for a quiet site with our pitch having a nice view across the hills and fields, and ideally located for access to Norwich and Cromer, The owner Clive was very helpful in showing me all the facilities on arrival and quite concerned that we were happy with everything. Toilets were clean, but we cannot comment on the showers as we showered in our Caravan.

Poor signage for the camps location from the main rd ( we nearly drove straight past it ) very stoney access track to site, Lots of Seasonal Caravans that seemed to take up most ( if not all ) of the main Caravan field.

Delightful and incredibly helpful host, who could not be more obliging and thoughtful.
We enjoyed a peaceful setting, with views of the surrounding fields, farms and countryside. We enjoyed the easy walk over to the Plough Inn, at Marsham village.
We had excellent kayaking on the River Bure - and are looking forward to returning, and definitely to stay again at Top Farm.

The welcome we received when we arrived onto site. Shown around and led to where our group had pitches. Very generous pitch sizes, and space between other groups.
Facilities kept clean.
Recommendations received for walks and for dinner out.
Was also nice to be checked on before we left to ensure we didn't have any issues.

The owner who came round and had a chat was lovely and helpful, set in the lovely countryside, toilets kept clean!

Excellent loo block and showers. Location too Aylsham and the Black Boy Inn. Cycling and walking.

The scenery was beautiful and the facilities were clean.

The patronising mansplaining walk through the campsite and how to use the shower was pretty unnecessary. Maybe ask if people require it first rather than assume they’re incompetent as this comes across as being condescending.

Nice and peaceful site if you just want to relax owners very friendly and helpful did not bother us at all while we were there.
A shame about the site being so far away from the village and no near public transport available because with a Motor home you are restricted to the site unless you pack everything up but as I said if you just want to relax then this is the place to stay with nice walks if you are up to it.

The quiet location and facilities. Location was a great base for exploring Norfolk. The host Clive was helpful and cheerful. Nice walks for dogs too.
