We loved everything, from the animals to the facilities!
Lovely small site (just what we like), the owners were very welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help. The little honesty shop was helpful for essentials and the toilets and showers were clean, with warm water and always well stocked.
Location was good, we went to some local things but ventured for a full day out in Blackpool and also went to Waterworld one day too.

Another amazing stay at Swallow farm.
The children loved feeding the alpacas and goats. The toys that are there for them are great. The owners are so friendly and thoughtful.

Fantastic site, just visited for the bank holiday weekend and my 3 boys absolutely loved it. Owners Colin & Tracy are lovely and ours boys enjoyed helping them feed the animals. We can wait to return next season for a longer stay. Thanks again!

Perfect location, perfect for kids, safe, quiet, relaxing, clean!

We had a wonderful stay at this caravan park. It was a welcoming, family-friendly, atmosphere that made us felt very safe. The owners, a lovely lady and gentleman, were absolutely fabulous and made us feel right at home. The kids had a brilliant time, and we especially loved the fire pit options, which would have made the evenings extra special. Overall, it’s a well run, family feel, relaxing place that we will definitely be returning to.

The only small downside for us was how early the evenings went quiet. By around 10.20pm, most people had gone into their tents, and the site became extremely quiet. While this is a real positive for families and those wanting an early night, we would have preferred a slightly later wind-down time, perhaps closer to midnight, so we could have enjoyed a longer evening adult chat by the fire. That said, this was a minor point, and it wouldn’t stop us from coming back again.

Ideally located, 6 mins from Tattenhall for the local shop, takeaway and pub. Less than 30 mins from Chester Zoo, would recommend using the park and ride if you're going into Chester for the day.

Site itself is quiet, with views across the fields and enough to keep the kids entertained with a field to ay football in.

The owners let the kids feed the llamas and goats.

The facilities were great, just enough for the amount of people who were there.

Super friendly, small, secure, level pitches, fenced paddock for dogs to run off lead, able to pet and feed the goats, alpacas, Shetland ponies and chickens, Pip the collie

This campsite was brilliant. Very small and quiet, brilliant atmosphere on site. The owners are lovely and very welcoming and helpful. They were fantastic with the children and showed them the all of the animals. There was a field with a set of nets where the children could play football and plenty of space for them to play games like cricket. The owners were very attentive hosts and always on hand to help. There is a tiny little shop for things you might need whilst on site and are in a great location just a short drive away from lots of family days out. Lovely views from the campsite also! The toilets are fine for the number of guests on site, we never had to wait. We couldn't fault it and will definitely be returning in the future.
