Surprisingly, the pod consisted of three beds, quilts, pillows, a fridge freezer, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, a cheese grater and cutlery, there was little else needed although we had taken all our own so didn't actually use any of these very helpful additions. It rained our entire stay and was incredibly windy but our little cabin stood up to the challenge and we were safe and dry inside. It's simplistic but it does what it says on the tin. We have stayed in many a cabin, wild camped, tented and glamped and this one was what I would describe as you get what you pay for. (Not in a bad way) it was a bargain for a little break with the youngest! In the summer months I foresee this place being an oasis with a lovely children's play area, crazy golf and a pool! Unfortunately due to weather we didn't get chance to enjoy these but we did see them! The toilets are nothing to write home about luckily enough we brought our composting toilet as it was quite a walk and when your 5 year old son never needs the toilet until IMMEDIATELY that was no good for us! So expect a walk and don't leave it until last minute! Showers were wet and warm as expected. Our hosts and maintenance are why this place is getting 5 stars from us! So due to said described weather we got stuck in the mud and we called reception who quickly sent rescue. I will specify the two young men who quite literally dug and pushed our *huge* car out of our home made bog were so polite and wonderful and a credit to this place. Worth their weight in gold! If I hadn't of spent all my cash on copius amounts of scones and jam I would of definitely loved to of been able to gift these two something but felt my shrapnel was a little insulting considering! Great little break withouht breaking the bank, lovely location, will definitely return when the weather picks up! Places to visit: Lands end, St. Ives, Marazion and the Eden project!
