Regarding the shower and toilet blocks, we have two sets of facilities available for guests. The ones shown in your photos are indeed the alternative facilities provided when the renovated toilets and showers are busy. These blocks are thoroughly deep cleaned twice daily and are regularly restocked with essential supplies to ensure hygiene and convenience for our visitors.
We understand your concern about the bins. Due to a scheduling issue, our bin collection service did not arrive on the designated day. However, we promptly responded by adding two additional red bins later that evening to manage the overflow. We are currently working with our waste management provider to ensure this does not happen again.
Our outdoor pool is equipped with CCTV surveillance throughout the day until reception closes at 5:30 PM. This measure ensures the safety of our guests, as the pool is unmanned, and immediate assistance can be provided in case of emergencies.
As for the play park, we conducted a thorough inspection and removal of any unsafe equipment at the beginning of the year. Following your feedback, we have rechecked the play area, and it appears to be in good condition. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more details about the specific issues you encountered so that we can address them promptly.
