Everything, easy check in and out, friendly staff in shop and bar. Service pitch was perfect and shower and toilet blocks very clean and warm.

Great place to stop easy access well laid out pitches. We asked for a quiet remote pitch & that’s what we got.
Lovely clean warm showers. Plenty of dog walks from the site including up to Sandringham estate. Dogs well catered for with drink & warm shower station & dog poo bins.
We didn’t go into the cafe it had reduced opening hours due to winter I don’t blame them there wouldn’t be the foot fall. All the staff I met were happy & courteous.
The hard standing pitches looked a good size & some even had a heated seating area too.
We will return & thanks for a great stay.

The site is quiet and welcoming, perfect for relaxing time. I liked that each bathroom has a toilet, it is clean warm and has a radio :). The staff is very friendly and helped us with the problem we had with the electricity in the caravan. You can walk or rent bikes to Sandringham or to the beach.

In the summer when it gets dark late and it's nice to stay outside until late, it doesn't seem normal to me that after 9:30 PM you're only allowed to talk in a whisper and after 10:30 PM you're not allowed to do anything and you have to go to sleep. In the cold weather when it gets dark early outside, it's understandable but not in the summer.

Lovely big pitches, with all the electric and water hook up .
Only stayed one night so didn't get a chance to explore.

You could hear the noise from the busy road leading to Hunstanton

Great stay this, was racing at Fakenham and stopped over before a long drive back. Heated picnic table area was a unknown bonus, as was the pub which welcomes dogs who love attention!

Shower rooms with the radio on a nice touch. Already planning coming back.

Quite and peaceful site - a little road noise but nothing that anyone would complain about!

Very good wifi - solid connection at all times. However, it could do with being split access per customer (own log in and password) as my Google phone was picking up other people's smart TVs and I could control their netflix on one of the evenings we stayed (sorry if you're reading this!).

Pitch sizes are drastically different - we paid the same price for a week as someone two pitches down, who had almost twice the space.
Hardstanding drainage isn't great - one night of rain and 50% of our pitch was flooded.
Bins are all located at the entrance to the site meaning it is a slog to take your rubbish bags if your at the other end of the site (like we were). Could do with a couple near the toilet block, perhaps?
Site rules come across as very strict and non-negotiable in the arrival pack. The rules are fair, but could be written in a more pleasant manner, I feel.
Reception, bar opening, and food service times seem to be a little hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're open later, sometimes they are shut sooner? Bar and food is open when it wants and closed when it feels like it. Was looking forward to using the on-site catering on Halloween but the whole bar/kitchen was shut for the entire day.

Lovely quiet site, well looked after. Useful information regarding dog friendly places to visit, would definitely stay there again. Fully serviced pitches idea.

Love the site toilets and showers are always clean and easy to use kids have the park that keeps them entertained for a couple of hours great location for getting out and about
