The shower and toilet facilities were always clean. Great idea to have the en-suite style rather than shower/toilet block. Everything was clean and tody across the park. Brill addition of the bar& snack bar. Pitches were nice and big. A quiet policy in place (and enforced) made for a decent nights sleep. Lots of information given at check in for walks and local dog friendly places. We had a great stay and will come back again to explore more of the local area

Nothing particularly, a lot nicer campsites elsewhere!

The campsite is literally on the A149 Dersingham Bypass.
We didn't realise that it was right next to it!
You can hear everything!
We were in a tent, so literally no sleep for 7 nights properly!
It was like being on a F1 race track!
So noisy!
All night long!
This is a campsite for caravans & moter homes, not tents.
Pitch was very small & tight, we were put in the corner.
Very uneven & sandy - hardly any grass left.
Just not geared up for tents.
Like sardines in a tin, very very close to other pitches (which wasn't great sandwiched between 2 very loud noisy neighbours, talking & banging till early hours, singing).
Was supposed to be a noise curfew - not for these people!
Was supposed to be Free WiFi - it didn't work!
Not an issue as I have unlimited - but don't advertise something you can't get.
Washing up was too far away - especially for anyone who may not be able to walk that far!

The site was extremely well maintained and the toilet/shower block was exceptional. The other facilities were very good and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The pod was just perfect and we had a wonderful weekend.

The road noise was distinguishable but not too distracting once we adjusted to it and relaxed

A brilliant site with good facilities.
Were there last year for Sandringham Country Fair and again this year nd the site has added a lot in the last year making it a brilliant site with bar, hire bikes and much more. Toilet facilities are always clean.

inconsiderate campers that think its ok to let there dogs of the leads and mess all over the site .

The plots were very flat in both planes i.e front to back and side to side.

Reception closed when we arrived, no mention of this on the website or when booking. The pitch we were allocated was not good and wanted to discuss options. Pitch was partly under tree cover and there were 2 wasp pots full of wasps, with others flying around. We had no choice but to picth in the allocated position and suffer the wasps. The wasps did get into the van on occassions when we had cracked the skylights open with the mesh pulled across but they still managed to get passed all of this. So in hot weather we had to keep van shut. All toilets had showers and so toilets quickly became unavailable. Some toilets were locked, further increasing demand. The site is next to a very busy road and the noise from the A149 was quite annoying. Others also said the same.

Staff were friendly and helpful facilities were fantastic and clean

The noise was unacceptable there was far too many dogs with some units having 3 dogs barking at anything that moved , there were large groups of people making noise well after 11.30 - 12.00pm no one gave any regard to others trying to sleep and no staff checked on the camp at any time to control noise levels.

Noise from the road, can’t be helped just got woken up with the morning traffic.

Great base to visit Sandringham and the area. I love the individual bathrooms rather than the usual toilet block, warm and clean with loads of room when you shower. Good dog walk adjacent as well as small compound you can take your dog in.
