Clean site and well positioned for an easy walk to the Sandringham estate. We used the self check in which was very easy to do. The warm dog wash was a welcome facility.

You can hear the road but it wasn't really loud or a problem to us.

We were pitched close to reception and the wi-fi worked well.

The small play area was good.

We liked seeing the wildlife - saw deer and heard an owl in the night.

The bathroom style facilities were clean and warm but with the size of the site sometimes that meant having to wait to use a toilet while the showers were in use.

Site itself is clean, tidy & has great facilities (in full season), washrooms especially good. Loved the walks from site & was great to visit the feathers pub about a 20 min walk away for a nice home cooked meal.

Pod was ok, tbf I've had worse but was disappointed in a) how small it was when it's being sold that 4 can stay in it & b) the bed was a v small basic matress on a bit of plywood with a topper that was so thin you could see through. The cooker takes ages to reach any heat & very big & cumbersome for such a small pod, I'd definitely remove that service. The electric kept shorting out & had to keep flipping the trip switch outside to the rear of the pod. Obviously they've had problems before as the little heater inside the pod has worrying scorch marks on the front. On our 2nd night the electric ceased completely. On telling the maintenance man in the morning, tbf he said I should have called him, but what could he have done in the middle of the night? We'd tried all the obvious & didn't want to lug all our stuff to another pod, if indeed they had one free. Disappointing end to our little break as just packed & went as wasn't able to even have a morning brew & no staff in shop to ask for some hot water.
Couldn't really understand why piped bird music is played through center of site, unless to mask traffic noise.

Lovely site. Clean and tidy, well maintained, peaceful and quiet. We liked the spotlessly clean individual bathrooms and efficient self check in! Great location between the coastal path and sandringham estate and close to the village with shop and pubs. Nice play area for the children.

WiFi isn’t brilliant. But we has 5G signal so it was fine.

Good pitch and toilet block

Reception was closed when we arrived. We arrived at 16:40 specifically before the 17:00 closing time we were informed of so we could meet somebody rather than have to rely on a storage box for welcome instructions. Hours for the bar and similar seem quite low. The pub that had a 10% discount advertised didn’t give that discount despite us mentioning it to the waitress.

I like the cabin really nice bathrooms are nice and clean.

Clean, well maintained & very well set out, keep to speed limits (rightly) they are strictly enforced - 5mph

Narrow times for opening shop/reception - 09:30 - 13.00. Understand to a point outside peak times, but maybe 15:00 for those who arrive after check in time of 13.00 - to potentially ask questions/buy items from shop.
