This was our first ever trip in our campervan, booked at the last minute, and we had an absolutely wonderful time at Pinecones. We opted for the comfort pitch with the picnic hut, and were very pleased with the space and location, good sized pitches, EHU and water, well-maintained hard-standing and grass. We were also close to the toilet block which is all individual units with toilet & shower so you have privacy, and all kept very clean and tidy. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We arrived after the reception was closed but had received an email directing us to the Self Checkin box where our envelope was clearly marked, and the information was excellent with a highlighted map to our pitch and all the info we could need.

We enjoyed the walk to Sandringham which was fairly easy to follow and timings were spot on. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back!

There is a little road noise as it is next to a fairly busy road, but once inside our camper we couldn't really hear it so didn't bother us.

Site was clean and Nice, nature all around. Bar/food was nice too. The pod was cute. My son enjoyed it.

The pod did have a leaking cooker that dripped old fat onto then floor that I had to clean.

Biggest issue I had was that a member of staff had the audacity to ask what special need my child had, when he was being polite and friendly.

Great facilities, toilets bar and all areas of the sites amazing been before but never really saw the staff but we went for a few drinks in bens bar with our 3 doggies who were really welcomed even with other holiday makers with dogs its a lovely place to have a drink plus some of the staff was there had a chat with the owner and daughter who was behind the bar can't fault the owners ideas of being sustainable with solar panels everywhere well done we'll be back

Easy booking process, good pitch on a nice site. New bar has been added which is really smart.

I know nothing can be done but it does suffer with a bit of road noise.

Every think about it was first class, the pitch the staff was very friendly in every way the hospitality by the staff was second to none. Toilets was out of this world you had your own cubicle with toilet, shower wash basin, towel heater rail, chair, and hand heater, the best thing to finish it off was having music whilst you took a shower. Had a small shop plus a small cafe with good food, and to top it off they had a lovely cosy bar with decent prices. Thank you all for a wonderful stay whilst I was there, only problem I was there long enough to enjoy it more I'm afraid but definitely worth staying again in the near future kind regards Mr David Clarke 😀

Bar wasn’t open as advertised which was one of main reasons for choosing site. Poor staff attitude when asked about this.
Very noisy from busy road right next to site. Thought the site was set back more from the road. Racing motorcycles during the night.

Great site we had the fully serviced pitch,which makes it easier.had the picnic hut beside it,which was lovely to sit out in . Great walk going through the kissing gate for the dog. Lovely toilet which are individual with shower, I struggled with turning the shower on and off ,especially when your hands are wet,couldn't turn it to cold so had a very hot shower. There's no lip on the floor to stop the water coming out,so the floor was flooded. Would use the site again, but probably not the shower.
