This was our second visit here, we came with the same friends in 2021. The site is lovely and clean. There are plenty of fully serviced large pitches, some have solar panels helping to provide the electricity, most have a shelter with a table. There is a dog washing area and an automatically filled dog water bowl (the dog brewery). It's incredibly dog friendly with plenty of walks and bike rides from the site.
There is also a bar and pizzas on Saturday evening.
The wifi was good too.

The bathrooms are clean but need a full redecoration...black tiles and black radiators, along with the toilet seats give a dated feeling. Don't get me wrong black "slate/limestone" tiles look cleaner than white, but the whole effect is oppressive.
While I appreciate that there are guests with young families (in the school holidays) the 10:15pm no noise rule/total silence/curfew is incredibly harsh, especially this summer when there have been many evenings when it's been too hot to move indoors so early.
Also, the bar was only open in the day time when we were off site, apart from Saturday evening when it closes early, we went out to give the dogs a play on the beach at Hunstanton and had fish and chips for dinner, by the time we got back the bar was closed.

Not a lot

Local traffic noise! A bit of a ‘mix it up’ Motorhomes, caravans and tents all in the same place and quite cramped. Open fires burning so gad smoke coming straight into Motorhome. Apparently there are stunning views but we didn’t see them. Would we go again? No

A second visit that was just a perfect as the first!

The location is just fabulous, the facilities are superb. It really is a hidden gem of a touring site. We messaged to request a specific pitch prior and they responded to say that they had allocated us our requested pitch. We can’t wait to return, this is our favourite touring site to date. It’s an ideal location for touring the Norfolk coast with facilities and a site that are top notch! Thank you Pine Cones x

The site was well maintained and within walking distance of Sandringham, the coast and Dersingham, where the Coastliner bus stops.
Nice pitches with various options - picnic table, roofed shelter or picnic hut with heater.
Pleasant staff.
Excellent takeaway pizzas.

Excessive noise both day and night from busy A road that the site is located on.
Often difficult to cross road on foot to walk to Sandringham or Dersingham.
No individual toilets - toilets are all in bathrooms leading to queuing often for a considerable time, especially over bank holiday weekend.

What a lovely camp, extremely well laid out, great bar and catering and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Shower & toilet facilities were lovely.

Pitches were not laid out very well and felt cramped. All the pitches are in together so we’re sharing with tents. Pitch opposite us had a big open fire both nights which ruined it for us. Can really hear the road even though we were the furthest pitches away from the road.
When we arrived people were on our pitch so we had to wait for them to move.
