We loved how safe it is, and the facilities were spotless, the staff were very friendly and the cafe had lovely fresh food with excellent service from the staff, we will defiantly going again.

Absolutely lovely long weekend stay in a Yurt at Park Rose. Yurt was spacious and very well set up with a lovely log burner stove. Fabulous bbq and socialising area in the centre of the circle of Yurts and huts which we utilised on 2 of the 3 nights. Quiet and peaceful apart from the animals at 5.30am!! Which was to be expected. Would definitely stay again 😊

Would have been lovely to have a small play area rather than the small plat houses and could have done with a small shop that sold milk, bread etc. But poundsretcher was great for everything else

The pods were fabulous exactly what we needed for our short stay.
The kids were able to run around, make friends with the resident peacocks. And us grownups could chill around our fire pit during the evening with a beer or two knowing the kids were safe and happy.
It was the perfect base and would absolutely recommend to others and will certainly be back.

Beautiful well kept pods, nice quiet site with a morning visit from friendly peacocks. Showering facilities clean and well kept!

Other guests were friendly

Seemed like we were just dumped on the end of a row on a concrete base. No where close by for the kids to play.
Had to pay extra for hot water in the showers.

Everything about it. It's lovely. The kids especially loved the wild peacocks walking around, the little rabbits and a stoat. They've never seen one before. Plus only 5 mins away in the car to southcliff beach.

The animal park was well worth a visit.
The pods were a great side and had a kettle which was perfect

Toilets and shower blocks very clean. Water nice and hot, including at the washing up station. Loved the peacocks wandering around!

Pitch was quite small.

The location and the cafe staff were friendly.

The play area was very run down and not as described so there wasn’t much for the children to do. Only one toilet and shower for allocated guests so had to queue and feet wasn’t kept clean.
