Really lovely campsite. Super friendly owners who were on site to help/provide freshly baked pastries for breakfast & they do a wood fire pizza night on Thursdays.. we were lucky enough to have the pleasure of trying these on a Saturday whilst we stayed as it was bank holiday. Would highly recommend. They had clean & modern facilities, can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Great campsite - it was small, quiet, clean and peaceful.
We really appreciated having the toilet, sink and shower all in one cubicle. It gave a little more privacy.
David and Emma were great hosts.

Only suggestion would have been it would have been useful to receive a site map on arrival containing info like the WiFi, hot drinks costs, water tap placements etc.

Lovely quiet site. Excellent field for dog walking. Clean and tidy showers, all with toilets. Good washing up facilities.
I really enjoyed being able to have a good coffee in the morning.
Nice mix of campers from all over Europe.

We stayed for 2 nights,very tidy and nice owners.we throughly enjoyed our stay in our Motorhome.

It was a nice quiet site with decent sized pitches, owners very helpful too.

Only 4 toilets/shower rooms, but there rarely seemed to be a problem with queuing, although it was only about 75% occupied during our stay so could be different at peak times.

Location is also quite close to main roads and so no 10 minute drive to get to a main road like some other quieter sites.

The shower head heights were not adjustable (apart from one). Doable as an adult, but harder for young children to cope with. They also cut out automatically (which is completely understandable), but the timing was a bit too quick (felt like 30 seconds).

Wood fired pizza, clean, friendly,three mins from Bodmin tow centre,sound of owls at night.nothing was to much trouble we will come back central for everything we wanted to do

Shephards hut had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! Even has one set of toilets very close by. They had thought of little details and we had a lovely weekend there with our dog. Great to have the extra field to walk him in too. Really good communication for any questions beforehand too.
