The bar and food were excellent but a little expensive at £15 for a burger but good quality and portion size. Customer service was good. As our welcome packs were not ready they gave us free drinks. Toilet and shower block were clean but there's a reason there were no pictures of them, I've seen better facilities at half the price of this place.

Nowhere on site or close by to exercise dogs, no poo bins anywhere. Pitch not level and no grass for the awning. Swimming pool heated all year round so was like a warm bath on the hottest day ever recorded.The toilet and shower block for campers was hideous, needs totally replacing or at least paint on the walls. When we asked them to turn the radiators off all hot water ceased as well so freezing cold showers and washing up for 2 days. We left a day early. Probably won't be back there as all the good facilities such as gym and spa seemed to be at their other 2 parks 5-7 miles away

We enjoyed the holiday in general. The pod was comfortable enough and the restaurant was good.

Value for money wasn’t great. There were issues with hot water, pool heated on hottest day of the year and refused iced for our drinks on the same day. We’d just spent 70+ pounds on food so we believed it was a little off. Location not suitable for dog walkers unless you drive. Local walks not suitable for dogs except for bridle path which was pretty short.

No TV in the cabin, I know it was stated but I think it may benefit in future for young children, but we enjoyed nevertheless!

Quiet, warm, comes with picnic table so no need for tables and chairs. 5/5

Swimming pool closes 5pm, bit too early for me. They let us have a go in the morning though.

The sight was well equipped, clean facilities and friendly staff. The pitches were level and quite large. The reception and bar was immaculate. The shower block was clean and regularly inspected. The grounds were well maintained . Loved every minute of our stay
