We have upped our cleans as the rain we had over your one night stay was really heavy meaning lots of mud being walked in the toilets which is really difficult to keep on top of however we do try our best.
If the toilets weren't flushing between our checks you should of let us know in the office and we would of resolved the issue.

We regularly clean the toilets and showers but with muddy boots in and out and the amount of rain we had mopping was pointless! However we did keep them well stocked and upped our cleans!
We control as much as we can but we can't control what felt like a monsoon 48 hours 😂

We are only able to open for 28 days so we have to use portable facilities however we hire the very best facilities possible and clean constantly!
It'd difficult with flat fields because they are great for camping but when there's rain it does get wet, so much for our heatwave August! 😂
