Playground, handy shop, good washing up area, room to play, enough toilets

No marked pitches - we arrived Saturday afternoon and it was a bit tricky to find space to pitch as the site was already so busy.

Great facilities. The children loved the play area. Very clean site. We will return

Everything! Clean, tidy, well equipped site. Friendly, helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean facilities with plenty of hot water. Nice play area that kept the children entertained and added bonus of animals to visit on site, including a chicken that took a liking to the dried dog biscuits that our dog had left in the bottom of his bowl:) Despite being quite busy everyone adhered to the no music after 10.30 pm and night times were very quiet.

Clean facilities, lovely park for the children, even though it was a busy weekend everybody was very respectful, will definitely be coming back again.

Toilets and showers clean and close by.

Not the campsites fault but there was definitely a lack of supervision of very small (talking under 2) children. Even for my laid back self!

Lovely , very friendly and accommodating. Pot washing facilities were inside alongside a tall fridge and a tall freezer for customer use - ideal on a hot day!
The showers were good although you had to pay - but a pound gets you 5 minutes which was ample for a quick wash.
The views were fabulous overlooking fields of cows, horses and sheep.
Couple of cute pigs living next to the facilities.
Great little camping shop selling essentials including logs for fire pits (which you can hire). Also sells ice creams and cakes.
The ice-cream van came on Saturday evening - credit/debit cards accepted! Also a pie van which we didn't use but looked amazing.

The noise from the quarry and tarmac plant on Friday evening and through the night - although I think the wind was just blowing in the wrong direction. We did sleep so wasn't that bad.

The site was super busy so very packed in
Lots of groups playing really loud music until late at night

Nice campsite, good facilities, playground for older kids. The hop was well stocked. The pigs on site were our 2 year olds favourite part of the weekend.

I loved this site the play area was amazing and my 3 kids didn't tell me that they were bored always a plus! We're all looking forward to going back...
The shop is well stocked with bit you'd usually forget too! While we were there we had a vist from the ice cream truck and a pie van.. the onsite animals were lovely and enjoyed a wonder to catch up with the donkeys ponies pigs there's even a cheeky chicken that's never in the same place!

I had no signal or data connection until 3 ish miles off site but everyone else seemed to have no issues...

Just got back from a weekend camping trip . Couldn't of asked for a better campsite great location quite park small well stocked shop. Toilets and showers very clean highly recommend this campsite
