The staff on reception are so welcoming and friendly on this site. The whole site is well maintained and clean. The shower and toilet facilities are very modern and immaculate. The only other place I have seen such clean facilities was at a site in France. It didn’t matter what time of day you went in they were always clean. Really warm showers too. Quiet site. We had a field to ourselves on the first night. No crowding everyone together like some sites do. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach . In a lovely quiet village. No noise overnight

The cleanest, quietest pitch we’ve ever had! Toilet block & showers were super clean, no loud drinking on site a lovely family friendly stay. Perfect for visiting Cromer, taking a boat out on the Norfolk broads and exploring local beaches! We will be back.

Friendly owners, spotless showers , no touch flush toilets, well stocked shop, a short walk to a local dog friendly pub, walks along the beach to wallcot or Eccles in the sea. Wednesday fresh Cromer crab , ample pitch size. Perfect view lighthouse . Days out driving to Cromer, Great Yarmouth,Norwich,Fakenham, Sherringham where you can catch a vintage train to Holt . Loads public rights of way circular walks across arable fields (no cows) for dog walkers.Peaceful.

Because of the erosion at Happisburgh the ramp down to the beach is inaccessible. There is across further along coast path that’s been used but not for the infirm .

Feels very open. Shrubs around pitches are newly planted and offer little privacy or weather protection but I'm sure that will improve as the years pass

Fish & chip van was located on site Saturday for most of the day.
Has a laundry on site( need to purchase a token from office)
