Great location only 10 minutes from a fantastic beach. Site is well organised with modern, spotlessly clean toilet/shower block. Very friendly staff.

I liked everything.
A great, friendly welcome on arrival by the warden. The toilets and showers block is modern, in great condition, spotlessly clean. The whole property was clean, tidy, well kept, mown grass. There is a small on-site shop, I didn’t go in but it’s there so it probably has stock of what you might need on holiday, milk, tea etc. I went in October so not many campervans there, about 6, so there was plenty of space at that time. It’s two minute car ride to the beach car park. The beach is absolutely massive, is it’s all sand and we almost had the whole beach to ourselves.

Overall Manor Caravan Park is absolutely brilliant. If I go to Norfolk again I shall book there without looking anywhere else.

We were given a nice welcome. We were shown to our pitch and recommended some nice spots to go to, like the local pub and beach.
It was lovely, quiet and spotless. We were really impressed with the facilities.
We loved it and we will be back.

This is a lovely well kept peaceful site with excellent immaculately clean facilities. The site is well laid out with large flat pitches. We had a warm welcome on arrival and shown to our pitch.
It is approximately 10 minute walk to large beaches . A great location to chill out from the stresses of everyday life.

Friendly welcome and personal direction to our pitch on a nice flat field. Modern, clean toilets/showers. Nice walk to Happisburgh beach with brilliant childrens play area. Quirky old pub on a hill nearby serving fairly standard pub food, but great service and plenty of interesting local characters. Lots of interesting areas and beaches to visit through out Norfolk.

Very hard ground for hammering awning pegs in and then of course troublesome to get them back out once you've managed to get it pegged down.
Pitches quite near to each other. Wi-Fi poor to obtain. More than one occasion got dogs (off lead) coming and fouling near touring caravans from people on static side; the point being that the rules state dogs should remain on lead, but that's just down to the "couldn't care less" attitude of site users.

Lovely clean site with amazing views of the lighthouse and church. Close proximity to the beach and walks by the sea or through the village. Facilities were great; water points at each electric hook up and lovely showers, toilets and washing facilities. It was also handy to have a shop on site. We will be back!

Fabulous place and so peaceful. Very local t the beach and very dog friendly. Toilet facilities are superb, very clean and I enjoyed the music playing in there
