Posto incantevole immerso in un parco nazionale, a breve distanza da passeggiate nella natura e da un bellissimo piccolo villaggio, dove si trovano un piccolo market di prodotti freschi locali, di propria posizione, e un ottimo pub.
Molto tranquillo e silenzioso, bagni sempre pulitissimi nei dettagli, presenza di asciugacapelli e di lavanderia, raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.
Personale molto gentile e accogliente e disponibile.
Grande e costante cura al paesaggio, alle piante e al prato, che rende questo posto davvero rilassante.

Clean & quiet camp. Friendly staff. Great views. Shower/washing facilities were spotless. Great spot to stay if you’re visiting the Gorge!

Quiet site with plenty of space between pitches. Facilities were amazingly clean. So much information about the local area and some great walks straight from site which was great for us with the dog. So much history in the area as well.

Lovely, clean facilities. Hot water that stayed hot. Even the push button on the showers lasted a decent time before it needed pushing again. Super friendly staff who were always very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always made time to stop for a chat if I wanted to. The bins were emptied very regularly. The site was impeccably clean and tidy, the camping field wasn’t too well lit which was nice as it meant it was properly dark at night. The washing up facilities were immaculately clean every time I went in. Plenty of space too and again the water was lovely and hot. As a solo female camper I felt very safe on site. One way on and off site was reassuring and the gate being locked each night was comforting too. The site is in a great location for accessing all of north Devon and it’s a great place to explore some national trust places too. The site was peaceful - just hearing the birds, sheep and cows was wonderful. There was a deer on site one night and apparently owls can be heard too but I didn’t whilst I was there.
