Great location & facilities!!

Clean and tidy site, quiet surrounding area and well off the main road. The toilets, washing up area and bin area were all kept lovely and tidy and the toilets were well stocked. There was also fire wood to purchase every day. Big pitches with easy electric hook up.

Unfortunately, we were situated next to some rather noisy neighbours who regularly woke and swore in front of our very young children. However, this was absolutely not the fault of the campsite. We actually considered asking if we could stay an extra night because the site was so lovely but were put off by our unruly neighbours.
Some of the roads up to the site are narrow and tricky to navigate but this isn’t a negative, just something to be aware of.

the campsite was small and well maintained. toilets and showers cleaned daily. owners provided power points for phones. freezer also provided. friendly atmosphere. all round fantastic site to pitch a tent

Lovely quiet site, facilities were basic but clean and tidy. Owner was lovely and helpful, told us about the quickest way into ironbridge, would go again

Surroundings are scenic and lovely on a clear day. Great base to explore the area. Walks from campsite are good. Hot water and showers. Basic but functional facilities. Log fire on every pitch and logs, kindling and fire lighters for sale (24 hour service via honesty box). Facilities kept clean. Good size plots. Lots to do in the area and within walking distance. 13 mins walk to nearest pub Coalbrookdale Inn. Dog friendly and welcoming. James the site owner available for local information. He laid out an extension cable for pitches with electric hook up (free - no hire charge). Ice cream van visited site. USB charging in freezer shed. During our stay (5 nights) there was one drunken guest issue. Quickly resolved by James. Food in the local pub was basic but well prepared and tasty. Locals were friendly and made us welcome. We are glad we picked this area to go camping and this site was perfect for us. Although sited on a hill the pitches were flat with fantastic views from our pitch. Occasional noise from heavy traffic but not really a problem. Would stay here again! Free WiFi and good signal a bonus. We were located on the hill and we’re allowed to park car next to tent. Pitches on the main field are lower down and no vehicles allowed! Site has large wheelbarrows to ferry kit from car to site. System seemed to work well. This also means the kids can play in the middle of the field without vehicle traffic!

Lots of space and a feel of being a bit wild, whilst being on a secure site.
Toilet blocks were clean and tidy.

Loved the camp site very spaced out. hosts very accommodating. Great location. Very clean facilities Will come back if ever in the area.

Small site with friendly owners, clean tidy amenities. Short walk into Ironbridge with its ample cafes, shops and pubs.
