Really polite, friendly owners of a well kept and well serviced site. Really couldn't ask for more.

Only 4 stars due to the constant road noise as you in top of an A road embankment. We were aware of this before booking and couldn't here it inside the van. Not something they can change so just be aware when booking :)

Love the site. It is so clean and well organized. We had electric hook up and our own water tap right by the pitch. The toilets and showers were immaculate. This site is really good value, and this is the second time we have stayed. We were also greeted by the site owner on the day of our arrival.

Nothing to dislike.

Facilities were great, and hot showers.

Small site very clean. Good amentity block. Modern and clean. Owner checked by a number of times each day. Not far to travel into Stratford upon Avon. Nearby farm shop and plenty of dog friendly pubs nearby

But noisy as site by side of road but it didn’t both us

This site is super secure, Mark came to introduce himself and give some local info. There's a lovely walk to a local farm shop and a 15 min walk to a local Village Pub The Snitterfield Arms, which is dog friendly. The EHU, Water and WIFI all worked with no issues. The Shower/Toilet facilities are Modern and very clean.
I found it very handy having a washer/dryer use as was traveling onto another site (The Machine takes 4 x £1 coins) giving you 4 hours to wash/dry loads I managed to get 2 lots done.

It is well documented that this site is next to the busy A46 road into Stratford, so please bear this in mind as you can certainly hear it even through the night.

The site location was very close to S-O-A so handy for the tourist things although we are local anyway, Facilities are looked after very well and cleaned twice a day the pitches were large and well spaced out to give privacy. you will encounter road noise from the A46 but we were aware of this some pitches will hear this more than others and in the cooler months with windows closed not a real issue for us the snitterfield arms ten mins walk and the village shop were handy.

Nothing really but as i said road noise may be an issue for some.
