Man ist wirklich in der Natur: Ruhe und Gelassenheit wird hier groß geschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Selbst ein toller Spielplatz für die Kinder war vorhanden. Und wenn man mal einen späteren Check in hat: einfach anrufen und Bescheid geben

Amazing facilities …superb location

We arrived just before 6 absolutely shattered from the day’s cycling and booked in and shown where to pitch our tent.
We went back a few minutes later at 17.50 to buy supplies for the evening and the office/shop was shut and too far too cycle anywhere. It would have been helpful to have been advised on our booking in, that we needed to make any purchases immediately.
We don’t know why or if a usual occurrence but all night there was the very loud noise of a machine/farm machinery on constantly which meant no sleep even with ear plugs.

Gorgeous views. Immaculate facilities, someone always seemed to be in there cleaning. The glamping pod was brilliant and the various chickens, peacocks and such like made my little boy ecstatic. Really quiet site with a lovely little play area.

The taps needed to be held down to use which made it near impossible to wash my face, the hot water was also scolding hot. But not really an actual issue as it was workable. WiFi only worked outside the reception building but this suited us fine.

The fact it has facilities like toilets showers common room etc just got left alone was great deffo would go back.

Not much walks around everything was a drive

Mooie ruime plek voor de caravan en de auto, vlakbij het toiletgebouw.

Net toen wij verbleven waren wegwerkzaamheden ‘‘s nachts bezig aan de A66 richting Keswick en Penrith.
