Hello,
Had we been made aware of these issues, they would have been resolved during your stay. We have a zero tolerance policy for the use of ilicit substances on our site. There were multiple staff members stopping on site during your stay but as it's a large site, we aren't necessarily aware of issues unless told. Our landline also redirects to the out of hours warden once the shop is shut who will coordinate efforts to resolve any issues.
Both the toilets and showers are thourghly cleaned twice daily over the weekend and once daily during the week as well as checks throughout the day. Unfortunately, toilets do occasionally get blocked and as soon as we're aware, we do unblock them.
