Lovely site with good washing facilities. Lovely children's park. We did go into the swimming pool but was quite expensive even with the 10% card they gave us. Also a shame that there's no entertainment on in the evenings. That would of been lovely but everything else was lovely.

Pool was expensive and bar prices quite expensive too.

Location

We were allocated a very small pitch not really suitable for caravan and awning but were offered another larger pitch when we asked. We felt the emphasis was on the static site and the spa which looked lovely but not much care was taken for tourers and tents so it was rather crowded and not maintained very well. Being so close together wasn’t helped by one party of people who felt it appropriate to play exceptionally loud music from 9am onwards, until 10 one night. When we discussed this with staff they apologised and said ‘they’d have a word’. Disappointing.

We were part of a group with 3 other families, we were separated but that wasn’t a problem for us. All of the kids had fun, made use of the large park and made friends with other children. Was lovely to see lots of kids running free and having fun.
The toilets were absolutely spotless, the site was well maintained, the bar/restaurant was stunning and the spa was an enjoyable experience. The staff seemed to react quickly when receiving complaints from other campers about music coming from various campers. The site is very quiet by 10 and allows for a good night sleep.

The price of the spa was £27 for a family of 4, we only wanted to use the pool so only went once. There seemed to be lots of complaints from campers/residents (unsure which) about music however the music didn’t seem very loud to us and it was during the day. We felt sorry for the staff having to go back and forth various pitches to ask them to turn the music down.

Well organised welcoming checkin- given plot no . Spacious pitches with greenery, clean facilities .within walking distance of cenarth falls .

When we were staying there were lots of screaming children running around the pitches playing hide and seek riding on bikes and motorised vehicles which didn’t suit us but out of school holidays I would imagine the site would be very peaceful .

weather was good sat which was a bonus rained Saturday so spent the afternoon in the bar playing pool and meeting some lovely people

No dog walking area on the site or nearby even though advertised as dog friendly. Found it hard to find good places for them.

Cleanliness and upkeep of site great, bar was good and leisure facilities a bonus but quite tired.

Pitches felt cramped when site was full. Vehicle parking on pitch very tight.
There was only a tiny play area for kids and no real room for them to run or bike around/open area.
Didn't really see any staff around the site.
We had to jack the caravan up loads to try and get it level.
Road was noisy.

Great size pitch, spotless toilet/shower block, fantastic bar/restaurant, easy walk to the falls, excellent customer service. In fact we liked everything about this site.

Quiet, peaceful camp site.
Our 2 night campervan stay felt more like a holiday! With an on-site bar, restaurant, spa and great wifi all over the site! Spacious pitches and not overcrowded. Electric and water within a few metres. We will definitely be back!

The showers on site were a bit pitiful, with automatic push buttons that give less than 5 seconds of water. Very annoying and weak flow too.
