The cost of our pitches isn't much less than the price to visit the house so if we gave 2 for 1 to the house we would be giving free camping which we obviously cannot do. We are pleased you enjoyed visiting the gardens though. We are in a very rural location and are surrounded by local wildlife that can vary throughout the seasons. We are sorry to hear your phone and TV signal wasn't always great. As Lakeside is in a rural setting a strong phone signal cannot be guaranteed. There is a phone box located a few minutes walk away for any emergencies if you don't get signal. We'll pass on your feedback to the relevant teams.
