You stayed with us from August 11th to 12th, a period when the campsite was almost fully booked, which explains the limited choice of available pitches. Regarding local shops, it is true that Mondays in France are usually quieter since many of them are closed.
We are sorry that your one-night stay left you with a negative impression. Our facilities are cleaned several times a day, and most of our guests actually highlight their cleanliness, but we of course take your remarks into account in order to keep improving.
Our campsite is a small, family-run place, deliberately simple and friendly, which many people appreciate but may not match everyone’s expectations. As for the pitches, we prefer to let guests choose from those available rather than assigning them.
We still hope you keep good memories of your stay at Lake Paladru and that the rest of your trip in France went well.
