Glad you enjoyed your stay.The weather this weekend has been dreadful.The mop is bleached and fresh water ,I must of cleaned the shower floor 30 times in a day.People walk in with muddy wellies ,hence dirty mop.
I through the big green and yellow bin would be self explanatory.I do tell people on arrival we’re drinking water is.Did have signs but children have pulled them off.Will get more made.New toilets are in plan for next year.

Very noisy tent campers partying and loud music all night, no quiet time rules in place by site owners.
We were only there one night and didn't sleep much because of the disruption from the inconsiderate few.Wasn't obvious where to go to check in, needs better signage

Thank you for your review.We have a large sign on front of property,with the name of camping site on ,that is all we are allowed by are local council.
We do have site rules which are on a sign by the cafe /bar were people come to sign in.
When people come camping,I run through the rules regarding recycling,etc and no music and must be quiet after 10.I even go around when I close the bar.Sorry this accured,was not made aware.
Also we do have a gray water area but unfortunately not for large motor homes,as a lot of small sites don’t.
So sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Brookhouse.We do have a lot of repeat guest,as we have this weekend.
