Nice camp with good facilities.

Toilets and showers could do with being cleaned more often.

Nice site kids loved it outside pool included in price and was actually heated.
Lifeguards made it a bit of extra fun for the kids good job 👏

The kids liked the entertainment.

Pitches were small & very muddy, the toilet & shower facilities were dirty and full of flies. Could not use any of the bookable entertainment facilities as their booking system was always down so we could not take the kids swimming, which is the reason we booked this park - ended up paying to take them swimming in the leisure centre in the town.

Although the kids loved the entertainment, you could not eat food in the entertainment area, which meant that the kids missed the entertainment for dinner & then could not get a seat in the room later on for them to watch any other entertainment.

Drinks were expensive & only had an app system to book - which is fine if the app worked.

After reading such great reviews before we came, we were very disappointed.

Showers did not work properly, dirty toilets only cleaned once a day and far to small for the amount of pitches, poor entertainment,, and the prices of food in the restaurant were way too high

Venue was good , beer was a little expensive at £6 per pint of Madri

Would have preferred an end pitch , somebody helped them selves to two of my rock pegs

I was minding my own business and the tractor mower shot up a stone which hit my ankle and landed in the tent , I did tell reception couldn’t have been less interested , lucky it wasn’t my car.

Also check out was 10am nobody rushed and some still packing up at 12 noon I asked again and was told 10am one rule for one and another rule for any other parties

Outdoor pool. Clean site. Hot showers, which were generally clean. Bar and deck area good. Good dog walking fields.

No shop on site. There is one 15 minutes away at the other site where theres an indoor pool. Not a walk a child could make alone to get an ice-cream.

Only liked entertainment but then the singing on there was hit and miss

Pitches seem to be quite close together u don't have much space between u and neighbours.
Toilets were often left dirty throughout the day there seems theu was only cleaned once in morning and a "quick clean" as it said on sheet in afternoon.

Barking dogs all through day and night,pitch behind us were sat outside till 12.20Am on Saturday morning,talking loudly and the dog theu had was bark bark bark at everything.

Outdoor swimming pool isn't worth much,to small and not deep enough.
Entertainment is only aimed at young kids nothing for teenagers.
The staff singers in the evening can't sing.
Price of drinks is ridiculous £5.10 for a bottle of bud no need to charge that.
No shop on site,unless u want to walk all the way to the other site to use shop.
Emptying glass bottle banks at 12.30Am is not on.
Location isn't the best no nice walks only one down to ruins.
We paid to much for a site with little to do and see
