Staff were just so friendly, accomodating and helpful. We broke down and ended up car-less for our holiday and the staff couldn't have helped us more, advising us on activities we could take part in at a short walking distance. The holiday ended up being perfect even though we were stranded in the Welsh mountains. Beautiful scenery around and lots to do nearby. Couldn't have asked for more...maybe just a car to come home in 😀
