Loved how clean and modern the shower and toilet block is. Very big camp site but felt safe.

The weather 🌦️

What a wonderful site. Probably the best we ever stayed at. Beautifully maintained grounds and clean everywhere without feeling too clinical. The site was busy, but didn’t feel it.

The pitches were large, with good level hardstanding. The facilities are new and excellent and kept very clean. The wifi is free and good. It's a very quiet site, with no road noise. Its only about 150yards to the famous Devils Bridge and there are great walks from the site. The cafe onsite serves excellent drinks, cakes and food.

There isn't a shop onsite selling basic foods

From the welcome of Kelly and Mark at reception you are then catapulted into the best camping environment you could wish for. The whole environment is immaculate with pitches that are as ample as described. The views from our pitch of the hillside gives you the sense of the open and there is just so much room to feel freedom. We used the toilets and showers which really are first class, not only clean but warm and showers really make a difference, a credit to the man who was always present cleaning. I though they were new but when told they were in fact 11 years old, they just put most campsites to shame this is how you want and expect a visit to be. Mark was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us a great walk to enjoy, I watched the motor racing and the wife walked, a perfect day. The bikers cafe at the front of the reception is great place to stop with good portions and reasonably priced, just an added bonus. The whole place is just brilliant and easily tops our list of UK stop overs with a great value for money, thanks to the team for making a fantastic two nights which will only be more next year.

The shame that other sites can't and don't reach these fantastic standards.

It was really lovely time. it is very clean and close to everything, a great base for trips and a place where you can relax from everyday life. everyone is very friendly. we will come back here as soon as possible

Chap on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Toilet and shower block is fairly new . Showers are a good size with hooks and a bench. Water temperature was always good and constant and they were always clean. My pitch was in a good spot for excellent views. Dog walking area was perfect for my 14 yr old jrt . Everywhere was well kept.
