Nice clean facilities. Owner came to drop off some firewood for us, (this is paid for in cash, it was £7 for a large bundle of wood when we visited and that was plenty of wood for a few hours by our elevated firepit. (You can use your own fire pit if it is raised and doesn't leave a mess, otherwise you can use the communal fireplace pit)The grey water drains are marked by an upturned wooden crate to help with reversing your caravan into position.
There are recycling and rubbish bins, as well as fire pit ash bin, dog mess bin and Elsan point behind the toilets. Also a washing up sink and drinking water tap with a noticeboard above with useful contact numbers and public footpaths on a map.
If you fancy getting away from hustle and bustle, but still 4 miles from supermarkets, this is a great spot!

So peaceful and the views are to die for all the amenities are simple but done to perfection. Sweet little showers and toilets that are clean and well looked after. The waste facilities are thought out perfectly with little touches that just make it really easy to dispose of and clean what ever you need to. Tom the owner is welcoming and helpful and we felt well looked after we are quite new to camping and will be doing alot of it from now on and this place is definitely on our return list. All the small details make it a easy and relaxing stay. You even get a welcome message before you get there to help you find it easily. Just a heads up to the campers the ground is hard so bring along heavy duty pegs and mallet, luckily I had heavy duty pegs with me but I broke my cheap mallet putting them in. One last thing I was unsure with the price being so low that it would be so lovely I was totally surprised.
