Relaxed atmosphere, peaceful, good clean facilities

Guests dogs were all kept on leads but the site owners dogs roamed free and got into bin bags. The other campsite guests had to clean up the owners dog poo.

Friendly, nice and quiet.

Mouse droppings in tent, damp bedding. Not all lights worked. Toilets and showers didn't look clean. Not what I expected after reading the advertisement. Advertised cooking facilities and kettle but actually what they offered was hire of a two ring portable hob at extra cost

The grassed area with the bus should have been private but it was regularly used by others.

Absolutely amazing.
Loads of room , so quite and everyone is so friendly.
Simon that is there was super friendly and let the kids help him walk the dogs and 2 puppys as well as feed the chickens and go on a pig hunt.

The farm dogs are lovely my kids loved every bit of it such a safe environment for them.

And we loved the camp fire.

Our tent fell down one day while we were out (ploe snapped on windy day) and Simon fixed it and taped it up for us such a amazing man.
As we didn't get to the camp site till 9pm and it was dark and we have 3 young kids.

Fantastic place to stay, small, friendly and had everything we needed.
The views were amazing, close to the beaches we wanted to visit.

The bus was great such a shame its going into storage, but we look forward to seeing what they will put in its place .

Nice quiet site on a farm with stunning views. Simon is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are basic but super clean. Very dog friendly. We loved it!

Brilliant place to stay. Simple, stunning views and helpful owners. Kids had an amazing time too with a tree to climb, dogs to play with and chickens on site. Definitely be back.

Loved the accommodation, shower room, farm animals. Great selection of gear to rent if needed.

Noise from the A39, the dogs who kept wanting to play !

Friendly and helpful owner. Good location for exploring N Devon. Small rustic site which, mid-week out of school holidays, we had mostly to ourselves. Water always hot and facilities clean. Lots of little personal touches you would not get on a larger site.

Additional showers were closed and out of order. Fine for quiet periods but this would be a problem if site was over half full. More facilities would make the site exceptional. Pitches slightly off flat but manageable. Wifi only available at end of site
