We'd just like to clarify that whilst there is a road that runs from the village into Bridlington, the site is actually situated within the old walled gardens of the estate (walls are over 10ft high) so there is no danger to guests
* Staff unwilling to charge your mobile phones
We do not encourage staff to take sole responsibility for guests' personal and often very expensive equipment. In addition, guests that plan a 4 night visit with children and require electricity would generally book an electric pitch. However, as you chose to book a cheaper non-electric pitch we'd highly recommend the purchase of a mobile power bank which is very useful when away from home.
* Bathrooms could have been cleaner
One thing that features a lot in the majority of our reviews is how clean our facilities are. We're disappointed to hear here that your experience was different. We encourage guests to flag any particular concerns to us whilst on site so that we can try to rectify whatever the problem is.

We're disappointed that you didn't come to speak to us when you were here as we may have been able to make your stay more comfortable by offering you a change of pitch or allowing you to park your car nearby.
We're perplexed about your comments on the layout of the pitch as many of our reviews refer to the generous size of our pitches (as long as units have been pitched in the correct place) The pitch you were on was 30ft wide which is more than adequate to accommodate a vehicle, caravan, aquaroll and awning (although. like on many other sites/car parks it may be necessary to offload passengers prior to parking). We do also have extra large pitches for those that require a larger pitch.

The shop is so well stocked and everything you ever needed. The grounds are kept very well too. There is a games field away from caravans so people that just want to relax woth no noise they can. Just perfect this place and used to go as child and still as good if not better ! Defo be back in heartbeat. The pub near by is a lovely walk and village is like going back in time in the best possible way.
N'a pas aimé : Numbers in ground very low and bit of trip hazard at night. But that's me and I should be more careful. WiFi isn't great but we don't getaway to stay on Internet and we had phone signal if needed.
