On the main road. No food served for miles despite advertising food at the pub.

Nice small site, Flat pitches, ideal for local area, Hay on why and garden centre come farmers market,

No interaction with site owners, The whole site looked a bit tied (grass not cut and around edge could do with strimming also hedge around electric and water could have been trimmed), and shower block tho clean could have been de-cob webbed.

Spiky bushes and nettles around water tap need cutting back. Got stung every time we refilled water!

Lovely little campsite. Really liked it. Modern facilities of a high standard. Quiet. We were using it as a single night campervan stopover so only really needed water and disposal facilities, but the coded bike store and honesty shop looked really good, and it was nice that there were several picnic tables for use. WiFi was good enough to stream TV.

Enjoyed meal in pub with friendly/helpful staff. Food good.

No obvious footpath off site.

Road very busy with fast traffic, so rather dangerous to walk along to get anywhere without using car/van.

Great little campsite. Clean toilets and showers. Good little shop with honesty box which is a nice touch.
Swan pub is very nice with lovely staff and locals. Very peaceful.

Shower could do with a little more power and warmth but it does the job (a minor dislike).

Quiet site. Nice clean spacious shower/toilet facilities. Good location for exploring the area. Hereford and Hay on Wye a short drive away.

Not a criticism of the site but if you want tv or phone signal this isn’t the place to stay. There is WiFi but like most campsites it isn’t great.

The pub was closed when we stayed.

Sehr schöner kleiner Platz. Liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Sanitäranlagen sauber und großzügig.

Leider hat der Pub nur von Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet.

Because we were only one on the site when we arrived we could pick our pitch which was great as we choose the hard standing electric hook up - as per booking - next to the toilet and shower block. Because of this position I can not really give a proper appraisal as we had the pick of the best. One observation is that the loo is part of the individual shower unit which is great until 3 campers are in the shower and the remaining campers all need to use the loo, there should be another separate loo for that reason as not everyone has toilet facilities in campervans. Everything else was great but dont rely on the pub being open because it is only open certain days and certain times and nowhere walking distance to get a meal. There is a laundry room and sluice both clean and orderly.

Shower water pressure was 'hit and mis' and could potentially scald yourself so don't let kids use it unattended. Warn older kids of the issue so that they can be cautious.
The 'onsite shop' situation is misleading so don't expect to stock up.
waste paper towels in bins overflowing in shower and toilet cubicles.
