The site is nice with fishing lakes, etc. Facilities are clean.

Price - for what is offered! I've stayed at sites in this price bracket before £24 per night and they offer that bit extra: multiple water taps, for example. This site is only basic, but they are charging for higher class of site. Then, they charge £1 for 5 min shower! When I'm on a cheap site, I don't mind paying extra for a shower, but not at this cost per night!

Big pitch, peaceful, adults only. View of the lake. Toilets and showers cleanest we have been in. Andy is very helpful and loved the little keyring torch He gave to us all.

Very warm welcome from the owner, the site was immaculately clean facilities were fantastic also very clean well maintained fantastic views, owner, very knowledgeable and approachable. Very quiet as an adult only site. Dog friendly

Not so much dislike but the only thing was the internet, unfortunately the internet was on/off which was the same travelling around Wales.

Peaceful and beautiful site. Pitches were large and flat. Shower and toilet block was spotless and had a very powerful shower. Wash up area being indoors was also great.
Relaxing views over lake. Easy drive to Elan Valley.

Peaceful, quiet lakeside pitches. Picked it because adult only & dog friendly. Huge gravel pitch with nice little hedge barrier (that would be perfect if it was both sides of pitch to distinguish both pitch boundaries). Spotless, modern toilets and showers. Reasonable pitch prices that include electric. Good Wifi. Very friendly and helpful owner who helped with clear directions to local walks. Lovely walk up the hill from site too and shorter walk around lakes. Birdsong beautiful and loads of wildlife.

Not a dislike but just a suggestion. I didn't use electric hookup and there was no option to book a pitch without. I was fully aware of this on booking and realise this was my choice but I wonder maybe if it would be nice to offer a small discount if you don't use electric? Perhaps that's not practical, just a thought :)

Peace and tranquility. Immaculate grounds and shower blocks. Easy to find, easy access.Stunning views, great base to explore. Very friendly and helpful owner.Pitch size was enormous.Free Wi-Fi greatly appreciated , as we couldn’t get tv reception (could be our older caravan). We ate at the nearby Severn Arms.. dog friendly both inside and out, good pub grub. The nearby petrol station h fully stocked shop.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this peaceful adults-only campsite in Mid Wales. The setting by the lake was absolutely beautiful and made for such a relaxing break. It was great to find somewhere dog-friendly too – our pups loved it as much as we did! The host was so welcoming and friendly, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, quiet, and well looked after. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm getaway, and we’ll absolutely be back again!
