Very helpful staff

Noisy guests in the middle of the night

Was great stay staff were so helpful we needed an extension for our electric hookup reception called an electrician and within 5 minutes we were all hooked up ready to go. Love sandylands

Staff and other guests were friendly

Tourer pitches in awful location, our hook up broken so had to stretch an extension cable, on-site chippy was so greasy it was inedible, men’s toilets overflowing with waste. Meant to stay two nights, left first thing on first morning

Nothing

Lack of cleaniness. Staff unhelpful. No electric hook, as point broken.
Not give the correct pitch. Facilities dirty. Site untidy and full of rubbish.
Approach to site passed an abattoir and sewerage works
Only stayed long enough to complain and then left, still waiting for staff to contact us and to have the stay refunded.
Only gave it one star because I couldn't give it a minus.
Please do not stay here.

Bridge to the beach was closed

Es war für eine Nacht okay! Großer Trailerpark. Nur wenige Wohnmobil
Standplätze…dem entsprechend war die Ausstattung dafür dürftig!

Location

Touring pitches not maintained to same standard as static pitches.

Other tourers parked vans and vehicles anywhere they liked. Some caravans in poor state of repair with smashed windows.

People leaving bags of rubbish outside attracting seagulls. Staff seen litter picking but sadly it was a very poor effort!

Caravans had no grey water collection meaning waste water draining on to pitch/road.

Witnessed toilet block sanitary goods being cleaned but floor area not mopped. One of the cubicles in ladies block both shower and wash hand basin not draining properly.

Speed limit within park ignored completely by good majority of guests and staff! This particularly alarming given number of children playing outside and using pedal cart facilities.

Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Pitch backed onto railway line. Pitch was uneven to close to other pitches. Dog poo and cigarette ends every where

Staff in the shop and reception were pleasant.

Male toilets out of action.

One shower for use in disabled toilet for male tourers. The shower was so hot you could not stand under it. No plug in the tiny sink to enable me to have a shave.

Could not find a bin for dog poo.

Only tap for water for tourers was way down at the unsigned toilet block.

No signage to enable you to find location of disposal of grey water or chemical toilet.

Site map and website info shows a bridge to get over the railway line to the beach. This bridge looks to have been blocked off for quite some time. This info needs to be removed.
