I understand the block is being updated but in the meantime this is not adequate for the size of the site. And we were give a pitch facing the chemical disposal area. More hedges / fencing or a pitch further away would have been appreciate. Luckily we were only staying one night.
Unfortunately when you book last minute you are limited to plots.
The plot near to the chemical point is the same size plot as all others. It is 9m away from the chemical point and refuse area. The bins are emptied regularly and there is no smell from the chemical point.
There is limited toilet and shower at the moment, but it does state this on our advert.
We are going to be adding more but cannot do this with guests staying on site, otherwise they would have to be shut completely meaning ni toilet or shower at all.
We cannot hire extra ones in as they are over £250 for a weekend plus emptying fees.
I am sorry to hear about this, if you had approached me and informed me after the first night, I would have made sure that this would have not happened again.
Our rules are no noise between 10pm - 8am, we always have a walk around around 10.30 to remind people of this as we do have other guests that are sleeping by this time. Had I been informed about the noise during the night i could have dealt with it.
