Everything! This was our first time as motorhome owners and we certainly picked the perfect site! Everything was immaculate, from the pitches to the toilet and shower block. The location is amazing, a 20 minute walk into Kirkby Stephen and a beautiful river walk at the bottom of the site. The Engine Room on site was lovely too, tables and chairs plus comfy leather sofas, the perfect place for a drink or bite to eat. We will be back very soon!

Lovely clean organised site in a great location handy for town of Kirkby Stephen. Fantastic new toilet / shower block. Great pub on site.
Will definitely go again.

Well organised site. Very nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Engine Shed ideal for drink together with friends later on in the day, near the caravan.
Lots of walks to saunter into Kirkby Stephen with the dog.
Some nice little shops, cafes and pubs in Kirkby Stephen all within walking distance from Pennine View Caravan Park.

Good sized and level pitches, some with grass or full gravel, reliable electric.

No dislikes, would definitely book again and recommend to others

Just a bit of road noise

Excellent location with lovely walks all round and easy access to town, good size pitches (twin axel). Our little girl loved the playground, toilet facilities were fine (due to be updated this winter) but very clean and well kept. The people on reception were most helpful and made great suggestions. We drove into the lakes one day so good location for exploring. The engine shed on site was brilliant, really homely and excellent price for drinks. They had different food on each night which was handy if you didn’t fancy cooking. Overall an excellent stay and we will be back!
