Everything, great site with great facilities and a great location.

The site is lovely, the toilets and showers were immaculate. Nice little play area for kids. Had an Easter egg hunt for the kids to do too to keep them busy. The Engine Shed is also a great bar.

Location for country walks is excellent and a 10/15min walk into the lovely village.

Cleanliness, location, friendliness of staff. So much to like. One of my favourite sites.

My pitch, I was put near a lot of crows nests. They were loud. Also the pitch was in the shade most of the day, especially the afternoon. There were other pitches available the whole time that were much better. They know about the crows, I felt they could have put me somewhere else, being my first visit I was unaware of the crow issue, they were aware when I talked to reception. The wifi was turned off at points I felt as it vanished in the evenings until the middle of the next day.

The showers are amazing! Clean facilities, plenty of hot water, a friendly greeting on arrival. The site is within walking distance of the town centre. I had to move over a pitch as my hook up cable wasn’t long enough but a standard 25m one would be plenty. I didn’t make use of the restaurant on site but other campers said they had a nice pizza there.
