Everything! Back to basics, simple, peaceful and super friendly. Lovely little play area, which was loved by the children aged 12, 10, 8 and 4. It was so nice to see them making friends and playing out all day without the lure of devices and tech!
Onsite small shop within reception, nice warm toilet/showerblock.
Everything was clean and well maintained. Lovely green areas, wildflowers, natural bush lines.
Loved the fire pit hire. Includes 2 generous log bags, kindling and firelighters.
Management contactable easily on WhatsApp which was a fab little touch, which made questions much easier to ask without trekking to reception (especially in the rain and wind!)

Very spacious site , lovely clean toilets and showers with plenty hot water . Dog friendly. Site managed and kept very well and owners/ managers very friendly and approachable

Large open space, a generous pitch size. Very friendly, kids loved the park. We hired a fit pit, toasted marshmallows and over all very good value for money.

Wasps - outside of the parks control but there was a lot of them.

Friendly owners. Nice pitch. Good base for exploring Norfolk coast . Good choice for us . Very relaxed. All the best to Hannah and Ryan .

There is a farm venue at the back that occasionally hosts weddings. The Friday night we arrived was one such evening so quite noisy music but it did quieten down around 11pm as suggested it would.

Clean! even when it was busy it was quiet and lots for the kids (16,14 and 7) even if its kick a ball around or playing on the play ground.
the shop for your basics is a small hop away and Dann's Farm shop is 3 miles away, Tesco and Sainsbury's are around a 25min drive and there is lots locally to go visit and see, Cromer Beech is about 45 mins away its brilliantly situated for most things. ROAR is a must for your dinosaur hungry kiddies as well

access I was nearly 40ft long and 8ft wide and whilst i did fit down all the lanes it was tight but that's the joy of a camp site like Park Farm its quiet!

Excellent campsite managers. Ryan and Hannah were absolutely fabulous. The site was clean and spacious. It had a central areaa for bbq and get togethers.

Couldn't fault it.

Good shop, good location, local town not too far a drive with plenty to do, nice social area in middle of campsite

Water and electric points a little overgrown with brambles so difficult to access them
