A lovely campsite located close to some beautiful hikes and easy access to Keswick which has all you will need. The campsite itself is very flat (good for tents) and has great facilities including very hot showers (just what you need after a long day)

What a great location! Decent set up with the toilets, nothing fancy but does the job great. Pub just up the road and great location and views. Nice big field where you arnt crammed together.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newlands Valley Campsite. For the price the toilets are clean and the views are amazing. Would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay in Keswick.

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a lovely, family-run site and you can really feel the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were well-kept and easy to use. The location is perfect, great access for walkers, families, and dog owners alike. Peaceful, spacious, and very family-friendly. Would highly recommend

Showers were good, toilets were kept clean. Great location mega views.

Did get a bit noisy at night. But generally quietened down by 10

Large area for pitches.
2 fields, Adult only (although no toilets, showers here - have to walk to the other field) and a family plus kids field.

Has firepits for rental, wood and so on.

Shower block appears basic BUT has the best pressure and temperature ive had in a campsite shower so dont let outside appearance put you off.

Contrary to other reviews, i had a good phone signal on EE and passable on O2 on most of both fields at all times.

Staff on-site 24/7.

It really needs another sink or 2 in the washup area - quite long waits to wash at certain times. Although staff cleaned them, some of the users werent as house trained - sinks often blocked with food waste etc (to make it clear, this is NOT the campsites fault.)

Peak times wait for showers (only 4 of them). Not too bad but slightly irritating at times.
